Join us for Depth of Practice with Raye Lynn Rath-Rondeau.

In this 2 1/2 hour practice Raye will lead us into the depth of our postures in body, mind and heart. When we are expanding our practice the postures may be new; we may have less experience to no experience with the posture. It may challenge us physically and it also challenges our mental & physical awareness.  Join us for this refreshing practice where we will dive into asanas with deeper awareness and expand our capacity for practice. 

 This is an active practice. Please be comfortable getting up and down off of the floor, able to move/transition easily from one pose to another, and be ready to explore asana in ways that deepen your experience, your awareness, and your presence.

Raye Lynn is leading 2 events on Sunday, Aug 2. She will first lead a yoga practice, Depth of Practice, from 11-1:30. There will be a lunch break from 1:30-3 pm and then we will return for her second event, Yoga Nidra at 3 pm.

If you are wanting to attend Depth of Practice only, please use the Register Me button below.

If you want to attend both practices you will use the Special Pricing Package button to purchase both events and receive your discount. Then you will return to the website calendar, go to August 2 and register for each event.
