Yoga is a practice you can take on the go to increase strength and flexibility of mind, body and heart. The brand new beginner will feel very comfortable here as we learn about our breath and the general forms of basic standing, balancing, seated postures and relaxation. Each week we add new postures & concepts to the practice while also reviewing key aspects from the week before. You also receive a lesson of the new postures learned and practiced at the end of each class. This is the perfect place to create a steady foundation for a practice of yoga that can serve you for a lifetime.
This Beginners Series meets on Wednesday evenings 7:00 - 8:15 pm
This Fall Series will begin September 11 and run through October 16. We accept registration through week 2 (Sept 18)
